This guide will walk you through the steps to deposit and withdraw funds on the ZEROBASE platform. Whether you're new to staking or an experienced user, you'll find clear instructions to help you navigate the platform seamlessly.


How to Deposit Funds

Depositing funds on ZEROBASE allows you to stake your assets and earn rewards.

Follow these steps

  1. Connect Your Wallet

    • Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the top-right corner.

    • Select your preferred wallet and approve the connection.

  2. Select the network

    • Use the dropdown menu at the top to choose the network for staking (e.g., BNB Chain).

  3. Choose Deposit Option

    • Go to the "Stake" tab and select the "Deposit" option.

  4. Select Your Asset

    • Click the dropdown menu to choose the asset you want to deposit (e.g., USDT or USDC).

  5. Enter the Amount

    • Input the desired amount in the "Stake" field. Your available balance will be displayed for reference.

  6. Approve and Confirm the Deposit

    • Click the "Deposit" button.

    • A popup will appear, prompting you to:

      1. Approve the deposit amount.

      2. Confirm the staking transaction in your wallet.

    • Wait for both transactions to complete.

  7. View Success Message

    • Once the transaction is complete, you will see a success message confirming your deposit. Your staked amount will now appear on the dashboard.


How to Withdraw Funds

Withdrawing funds from ZEROBASE is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Withdraw

    • Go to the "Stake" tab and select the "Withdraw" option.

  2. Select Your Asset

    • Click the dropdown menu to choose the asset you want to withdraw (e.g., USDT or USDC).

  3. Enter the Amount

    • Input the desired amount in the "Withdraw" field.

  4. Confirm the Withdrawal

    • Click the "Withdraw" button.

    • A popup will display the withdrawal value for confirmation.

  5. Approve and Confirm

    • Approve the withdrawal request and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

    • Wait for the withdrawal process to complete. Processing times may vary depending on network conditions.

  6. Track transaction history

    • Navigate to the "Transaction History" section at the bottom of the page to monitor your withdrawal status:

      • Processing: Your withdrawal request is in progress.

      • Claimable: Once ready, click the "Claim" button to finalize the withdrawal.


How to use Flash Withdrawal ?

Flash Withdrawal allows you to instantly withdraw stablecoins from the staking pool with a 0.5% transaction fee.

Note: Withdrawals are only possible if the deposit pool has sufficient funds. Please check the contract balance before proceeding.

  1. Click on the Chain name to view the current balance of the contract address. If the current contract balance is greater than the balance required for Flash withdrawal.

  • Click the Flash Withdrawal button

  • Click confirm

  • There will be no need to wait.

FAQs

  1. Why do withdrawals take time?

    • Standard withdrawals can take up to 14 days to ensure security and compliance. Because profit are not generated out of thin air. Your earnings consist of two parts: risk-neutral arbitrage and proof network income subsidies. When you request a withdrawal, funds will be withdrawn from the liquidity fund, which takes time.

  2. How do I confirm my transactions are successful?

    • A success message will appear after each transaction. You can also check the status in the "Transaction History" section.

  3. What if my wallet disconnects during a transaction?

    • Simply reconnect your wallet and reinitiate the transaction.
